SHIPPING RATES and POLICIES

Most major MMA Manufacturers regulate the prices of their products not allowing Distributors, like The MMA Authority, to sell at discounted prices. So in keeping with our goal of providing the highest quality product at the lowest and most affordable prices, we have removed shipping charges for all of our customers throughout the United States and Canada for purchases over US $50 in the United States and US $100 for Canada.

As we offer so many different sized Pads and Protective Gear and because all options are based upon weight (and every products weight is unique), it is impossible for us to give you a complete list of shipping rates as there are literally thousands of different variations. However, you will find that all of our shipping rates for Pads and Protective Gear are extremely low. It is our policy to charge shipping for these items at cost, meaning that you get the absolute best possible rates.

Allow 2-3 business days for order processing prior to shipment for all Standard Shipping orders. Our goal for Priority Shipping orders is to get your order out for shipment on the next business day ensuring that you are getting the highest quality of customer service. Any Priority Shipping order placed and received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday, the next business day.

RETURN POLICY

We have a no-risk return policy. That means if you return your goods to us in its original packaging, in original condition, and include the original invoice, within 30 days of your purchase, we promptly exchange or refund any unused item that does not meet your expectations. Before you send back your package, make sure to email us at info@mmapower.com to obtain an RMA number. Any returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
